I've coordinated products for every color on the color wheel as well as included a printable color wheel flip book for you to have on handy for your crops or simply in your craft space!
You will learn the very basics of color theory, in addition to more complex principals. I walk you through how to identify the "right" colors for every project! With more than 50 layouts of inspiration and five 20+ minute videos, you will surely learn a LOT about color from this workshop!
My workshops are only on sale through Sunday, August 11, so make sure to take advantage of this super savings!
Over the next two days I'll feature both of my workshops giving you an insider's peek at a few additional detail images from within the pages of my classes!
I haven't had the opportunity to promote my latest workshop as much as I had hoped this year, so I thought I'd share a few inside sneaks never before seen from inside my Seasonal Storytelling workshop.
This workshop is all about creating mini albums over the broad time frame of an entire season, rather than each and every event, or each day, or even each week. The idea is to simplify your scrapping by creating albums for an entire season that tells the nutshell story from a quarter of your year.
I also feature four different types of mini albums, with their own unique point of view and variation on a traditional mini album. The whole class includes 8 separate and complete mini albums, four 20+ minute videos and nearly 200 pages of inspiration!
So with that, here are a few sneaks from the inside of this workshop, never before seen!
This project was such a labor of love, and through it I definitely found my favorite type of documenting for seasonal projects!
This upcoming Fall, I am planning to start my next fall album and I hope that you will join me in the private message boards for that! Would love to have you along!
Hey everyone! I thought I would pop in and take an opportunity to share some projects I've created for the new CHA-Summer 2013 releases for October Afternoon. Over the next couple weeks, I'll be sharing more projects, along with projects that I've created "for fun" in my on-going journey to get back into scrapping again. These projects in particular have been some of the most fun I've had creating, in a long time. I think it's partly because of the beauty of these new collections, but also just that I'm finding my groove again.
Next up is tied for my favorite from these mini collections, "All Boy". It is the perfect blend of boyish colors and trendy anchors, again with all the pieces for your own favorite type of scrapping. Here I used the collection for this 12x12" layout.
Last up, is my projects for Public Library. This is sure to be a favorite for all of us with kids headed back to school in a few weeks. Full of wonderful vintage library and reading images as well as whimsical fairy tale images, this collection has just about everything to create a gorgeous school, or everyday page.
And I'm sure most of you are aware, we have two additional collections coming out; Treasure Map and Silent Night. The likes of which I haven't seen in person yet, but am giddy just thinking about and looking forward to working with!
That's going to do it for me today. I'll be back this week with a few more projects along with my 2nd installment of "What I've Learned". Have a wonderful day and a terrific weekend. :)
